"My offense was engaging in inappropriate story-telling and I regret my language and choice of words" Mike Duvall also said.Duvall stepped down after legislative leaders stripped him of his committee posts and launched an ethics probe of his actions.Duvall's salacious chatter came during a break in a Capitol hearing during which he apparently didn't realize a microphone was live."She wears little eye-patch underwear,"Mike Duvall told a Republican colleague.At another point in the choppy, not always audible conversation, recorded as an official Assembly record, Mike Duvall talked of sexual game-playing with "Eye Patch" but does not mention her name."So, I am getting into spanking her,"Mike Duvall said.
